It's Beginning To Look Alot Like Christmas! at WinterWonderland :)

Go Faster, Go Further, Go Harder! If not, Why Bother?

My failed attempt at this blog is an EMBARRASSMENT!..Right few weeks till Christmas, NEW YEARS RESOLUTION, post AT LEAST once a week. AIM, to put on a brave face & cough up an outfit post. Hm I am feeling for my first few, I might do a Rene Magritte theme, using an object of mundane nature to disguise/conceal my face. XMAS WISH, photogenic please Santa! oh it would make this blog much more amusing. Another thing, with Christmas nearing, I am anticipating the large muffin top that will soon accompany my waist! so SECOND AIM, avoid weight gain hehe. Right enough of resolutions, aims & wishes, instead what i have done?!? WHOOP I sent of my UCAS! ecstatic. hehe Well I'v applied to English and History of Art at Glasgow, Edinburgh, Sussex, York & Birmingham. GLASGOW PLEASE! HEHE & ohee Scottish Universities offer a YEAR ABROAD in third year! i am tres keen however, rather dreading the rejections! but hey, if anyone is actually reading, & applying, let me know!

WHAT! magazine..

Last Friday I sneakily "assisted" [word used loosely] Sam, a lovely makeup artist, on a photo shoot inspired by Botticelli's Venus! The idea of a Venus inspired photo shoot at the National Portrait Gallery in London, on its own got me very excited!...Then I was told I would be applying strobe cream & moisturiser to 10 male models. IT GETS BETTER! She then informs me that the 10 male models will be wearing loin cloths..ONLY! hah so as you can imagine i was very very pleased! With the only girls being Venus model, Sam, the photographer, the hat designer & myself..as you can probably imagine, it was a bit of a perving session hah! I was very embarrassed on Friday evening as i realised all day i had been calling the loin cloth a "groin cloth" hah Ah well, i had a great time a look forward to seeing the photographs in WHAT! magazine soon :)
